What is the Community Fee and what does it cover?
At Lake Windermere Estates, there is a mandatory fee that all residents are required to pay on a prorata basis. This fee is not part of a community association but is crucial for the upkeep of shared spaces and amenities within the estate.
Fee Breakdown:
- Road Maintenance: All residents contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of the roads within the estate to ensure safe and smooth access.
- Gate Power and Maintenance: Only applicable to residents who use specific gates. For instance, lots 6-8 and 1-4 are exempt from paying for gate power as they do not utilize that gate.
- Individual Lot Fees: Each lot may have additional specific fees based on their unique usage and needs within the estate.
